Rob Downes

Welcome to my website, I’m Rob! I currently live in Syracuse, NY working as a Graphic Designer at Congruent Media. I started working at Congruent in 2021 as a Social Media Coordinator for our roster of clients and was promoted to Junior Graphic Designer in 2022 after improving my design skills and learning from my talented coworkers.

I’m a graduate of Syracuse University and Coastal Carolina University - receiving a Bachelor of Music in Music & Entertainment Industries in May 2016 and a Masters of Business Administration in December 2018, respectively.

I started designing in 2012, working with my college a cappella group to grow a new brand. I learned how to perform in many roles including public relation and marketing. I had a few internships during undergrad at; Warner Brother Records in NYC, a Public Relations firm in London, and a local Syracuse music venue group. During my graduate studies I was the Graduate Assistant and Director of Operations for the CCU Men's Soccer team and worked as the Director of Marketing for the local Semi-Pro soccer team, Myrtle Beach Mutiny.
